Purchasing Details and Terms and Conditions
Simply use the ‘Contact Me’ page from the main menu to send me an email stating
- The title of work you wish to buy
- Whether you wish to pay by PayPal or bank transfer
- How you wish to be contacted – email or phone (please supply phone number)
- Your full name and the address the work will be delivered to.
I will then contact you to confirm the sale and supply payment details.
Postage and packing – is charged at cost. Once I have your address, I will send you a price for approval before the sale is finalised.
Payment – once your order has been received I will confirm my paypal account details to you or send you my bank details as appropriate.
Delivery – once payment has been made and received by me, delivery will be organised. I normally deliver by, and endeavour to have the goods arrive within 14 days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 30 days delivery. I can deliver overseas but please be aware that delivery times may be longer and certain conditions or taxes may apply. Please contact me if you have any queries.
Cancellations and Refunds – you may cancel your order for any reason up to 10 days after you receive the goods (statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to email@example.com. Cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase.
