Purchasing Details and Terms and Conditions
If you live in the United Kingdom, simply use the Paypal button under the work you wish to buy. Please note the price of each work includes post and packing within the UK.
If, however, you live outwith the United Kingdom the Paypal button will not work for you and post and packing charges at cost will apply. So if you use the form below to contact me, I will get a shipping cost and email it to you for approval.
If you are happy with the shipping cost I will then send you a Paypal link for the total amount (painting + post and packing). Again note shipping is charged at cost.
Also note the form can be used to contact me with a query about a commision.
Please state the following on the form below:
Your full name and the address the work will be delivered to
Your email address
The title of the work you wish to buy
Please note your details will not be passed to any third party.

Delivery
Once payment has been made and received by me, delivery will be organised. I normally deliver by, and endeavour to have the goods arrive within 7 days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 30 days delivery. I can deliver overseas but please be aware that delivery times may be longer and certain conditions or taxes may apply. Please contact me if you have any queries.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 10 days after you receive the goods (statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to pamelamcmahon@btinternet.com.
Cancellations must be received in writing (email will suffice) . Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked. If the goods are received undamaged you will be issued a full refund, via the same payment method used for purchase (i.e. paypal).
